The Ashland Area Chamber of Commerce conducted this wage and benefit survey of the Greater Ashland Business sector in the fall of 2014. The purpose of the survey was to provide local economic development officials and human resources managers with a clear understanding of the compensation structure in the key occupations in our area, as well as to how benefits are used in the total compensation strategy.
